Tony Uphoff, the short-lived publisher of The Hollywood Reporter who replaced Bob Dowling, has quit and been replaced. On October 17th, the new guy to suck up to, or maybe he'll suck up to you, is John Kilcullen, the publisher of Billboard. Meanwhile, I don't think it's just my imagination, but THR has been a lot more aggressive under Cynthia Littleton.
