• At least with Gump, you cared about the character. Gump cared about what happened to him. But if Button doesn’t care about Button, why should we? Brad Pitt looked like he was about to doze off playing the guy! His was the most un-engaging, non-reactive, indifferent portrayal EVER. Team Gump.

• Gump was highly overrated…strictly a hype job….on the other hand, Button was fantastic, emotionally moving, original and from the heart. Without the talented Tom Hanks, Gump would have bombed. Pitt deserves an Oscar.
