• I do hope she leaves Greys. That was the worst storyline ever. Not only that but having a movie hit has made her believe her hype. So leave the show and make movies. Nobody is hiring Meg Ryan so she can duke it out with Kate Hudson for those roles.

• KH hasn’t carried a single hit film. Seth Rogen and Judd Apatow are the reasons why Knocked Up did great. It had nothing to do with the snarling KH who felt obliged to badmouth the film left and right as if her shit doesn’t stink.

  27 Dresses was not a hit. And even if it was, it still wouldn’t earn her movie star status. It takes more than one hit to make a movie star.

  The sooner she’s gone from Grey’s Anatomy, the sooner the show might actually becoming tolerable again.

• From what I hear she’s been a pain in the ass to work with on TV since her Roswell days so it’s no surprise there is tension surrounding her on the Grey’s set.

  And the rumor is that she’s taking T.R. Knight with her when she leaves Grey’s.

  Knocked Up was funny but that was mostly due to the Apatow Players than Heigl who played straight man to Rogen. Other than that, what HAS she done that’s been successful? That dress movie? Really? She’s sacrificing a steady paycheck with THAT as a basis for a successful film career? Just when I thought young Hollywood couldn’t get any dumber.

• I don’t know… I saw that Ugly Truth trailer and it looks like every other Kate Hudson movie ever made. Heigl needs to start thinking a little more out of the box if she wants to become the next Julia Roberts or whoever… and fast.

  Paradigm can say whatever they want. The real “ugly truth” is Knocked Up was successful because of Seth Rogen and friends.

• What Heigl said about Knocked Up was true though. Maybe ungrateful but what she said was the film “paints the women as shrews, as humorless and uptight, and it paints the men as goofy, fun-loving guys… It was hard for me to love the movie.”

  Apatow’s fims are male coming of age fantasies. They aren’t rom-coms. The female characters are indeed weak and just there waiting for the male character to act his age. I can’t fault her for speaking her mind.

• Wouldn’t surprise me if she was taking meetings. She’s been with them for a decade, sometimes you just have to shake things up a little.

  As for her role on Grey’s… She’ll be gone soon.

• Does anybody really care about Katherine Heigl? She can’t act; she bashes those responsible for her success; she dropped from #1 to #81 in AskMen’s sexy women list; and the list continues. It’s just a matter of time when no agency in town will want to take a meeting with her. That day will be sooner than later.

• you gotta feel bad for Aladjem. just shows yet again that once an actress gets hot, she leaves a boutique agency almost every time. sounds like he did a great job with Heigl, but where there’s smoke, there’s fire and she is seemingly out the door. Paradigm just doesn’t have the high end agents or clients to keep actors like Heigl in the fold when they break. Paradigm’s really lighting it up these past couple of weeks!

• Clients leave Agents because they are unhappy with their careers and the choices they were encouraged to make or lack of choices that was presented to them. Each Agent/Agency has a window of “choices” to present to their clients. The bigger & better the Agent/

• For the record, the days I worked on “The Ugly Truth”, Katie Heigl was as pleasant, polite and professional as any actress I’ve seen (and I’ve seen plenty). If I were gay I’d say she was delightful. But since I’m straight, I’ll just say that she was a pleasure to be around.

  Gerard Butler was pretty cool too, as was the entire cast and crew.
