• Our friend in Newport Beach is likely a schmuck. Cybersquatting cases are fairly easy to win unless the squatter can show a legitimate, pre-existing claim to the name. Squatters act in bad faith, and it’s usually fairly obvious as to why.

• Meh, I had bought “boycottthehobbit.com .org .net” etc when it seemed Peter Jackson wouldn’t be involved in “The Hobbit” and in the hope of selling it for a lot of $$$ to Newline or give it graciously to some fan.

  It’s a really tough game to play, and a bad investment most of the time.
