The rumor mill is filled with names of people who supposedly have been let go at Endeavor. Yes, I can confirm that some agents were called in and asked to “step it up”. They’ve not been told to leave yet. But they’re out looking for other gigs.

Garbo.
Excellent point.
WMA and Endeavor agents concerned about being “on the bubble.” At this juncture do not permit to being put in a “step it up”/warning scenario either in a meeting or in writing.
If you get it (or have already gotten it) in writing have a LAWYER put together a response via certified mail IMMEDIATELY.
If you get such a “warning” in verbal form insist that they put it in writing. If they proceed to not put it in writing – regardless – put the accurate contents of the event in writing as a memo to your own files – and by that I mean multiple copies both in the office and at home. Hard copies. Make sure that everything is in hard copy with some form of signature proof of delivery. CONFIRM the proof of delivery with the source of the “warning,” again, in writing. BE YOUR OWN CLIENT. TAKE YOUR OWN BEST ADVICE. Take care of yourselves for a change.
Consider taking your files home now before they incrementally start walling you off. You think Emanuel wouldn’t do this? Read your post-Ovitz Hollwood history books to get a load of this.
If you harbor the possibility that you could conceivably be fired, if you’re not sure how it will all turn out, YOU PROBABLY WILL BE FIRED.
Consult or hire a lawyer now. Not later when it’s too late. Now. Keep your lawyers visibly copied on everything.
Maybe even hire ONE lawyer for everybody. Try a Washington or San Francisco or New York lawyer. Or all three together.
Do the opposite of what your “agency” instincts tell you. Band together. Talk to each other. Repeat when necessary.
The best strategy? This may very well be a crippling “class action” lawsuit in the making.
I think it should be frankly.
