How many Endeavor partners does it take to screw in a light bulb (or make a deal for their clients)? I’m told 28 now. That’s because the agency has just promoted two talent agents, Jenny Rawlings (Lee Gabler’s daughter) and Megan Silverman. Rawlings’ clients include John Malkovich, Josh Lucas, Viggo Mortensen, Rachel Weisz, Samantha Morton, Keisha Castle-Hughes, and Craig Bierko. Rawlings was a 15-year veteran at CAA (where her Dad was a partner) before coming to Endeavor in 2006. Silverman’s clients include Shia LaBeouf, Paul Bettany, Amanda Bynes, Ryan Phillippe, Alexis Bledel, and Justin Bartha. Silverman came to Endeavor in 2004 from Gersh and, before that, was a business affairs attorney.
Endeavor has 26 other partners, for a total of 28.

Good for them, maybe Endeavor will put to rest the merger talks with WMA.
Endeavor’s got more “partners” than a Gay Pride Parade!
Those are pretty marquee clients. These guys probably deserve the promotion.
Good for Jen! She ended up in a shitty spot at CAA, what with how they elbowed Lee out…at least she had she decided to cut out early.
Anyway…when I was there I worked with her, but never for her…but she was always one of the nice ones – and except for the last name, you would never receiver her as “a daughter of…”
…nice to see she was deservedly upped at Endeavor – a a great agent and “even for an agent” a great lady.
Let’s not kid ourselves, CAA is the only game in town. Fact is you could merge all four of the other agencies together and you wouldn’t have close to the power or respectability of CAA. They just do everything better.
Ari is the loudmouth jumping up and down saying look at me, look at me! Bryan Lourd and Richard Lovett are the guys in the back of the smoke filled room putting out the hit on him.
Always been curious what the ‘partner’ infrastructure is over there. is it doled out %s based on seniority as a partner, or token .005′s to new partners. Or do they get a real cut of their client intake?
Are the clients for each of the promoted agents listed in order of their “ranking” in Hollywood, or simply in random order?
