Scott Melrose is leaving Endeavor after 8 years to become a manager with Steve Levinson’s Leverage starting June 1st. I’m told he was not laid off. His clients include Jude Law, Charlie Sheen, Bonnie Hunt, Sienna Miller, Emilio Estevez, Carter Jenkins, Mark Valley, Camilla Belle. It’s not yet clear who will join him. Melrose was Patrick Whitesell’s first hire at Endeavor. Melrose, Levinson, and Whitesell had all been assistants together at the old InterTalent.

Emilio Estevez has an agent??????
Are their more to come at William Morris? Do you have the final list? Now that Wiatt is no longer their, who will protect his minions? Has Endeavor clued into Irv’s backstabbing ways?
Niki — you should look into what all these actors/writers are going to do when their agents become managers due to the merger. I’m a writer and have both — an agent and a manager (as most working people in the business today). So my agent becomes a manager, what, I have two managers? Who’s going to do my deals? I don’t get this trend.
WHO is going WHERE??
That’s a big loss for Endeavor. Scott’s a lovely guy and I wish him well.
I have to admit that for reasons that probably aren’t Scott’s complete fault, most of my professional encounters with him were pretty negative (admittedly, it was mainly because certain clients being constant pains in the ass)…but on a personal level he was always a nice guy. I also appreciated the way that his personality doesn’t default to asshole like so many others.
Emilio Estevez is a wonderful actor and director, dirtbag.
Now skip on back down to the mail room, Low deweller, the copy machine it be calling!
I love when the subject of a Nikki’s piece or when mentioned in reader comments read Nikki themselves — and then comment defending themselves — Pants!

You sir are correct, he is all three of the above.
Wow I didn’t know Emilio read Nikki Finke!
understanding the placement of a comma is just one of many things you’ll learn on Johnny Rocket’s desk over at the agency… or did you not learn that in english 101?
Calling EE a dirtbag is like pissing on your step mom’s grave on Mother’s Day… sure it might feel good… but it’s not bound to sprout any roses.
Good luck to Scott–he’s a great guy.
