Aaron Hart joined ICM’s motion picture lit department this week. He’d previously been at William Morris for 3 years.

Everyone says good things about this guy…that he is talent hungry and hustles 24/7 for his clients, and that he is good people….Can anyone speak to it? – The Truth…
Wow! Another agent with no clients. Maybe they’ll hire Jim Wiatt back as well!
Aaron Hart is a rock star. Big mistake on WME’s part. Very smart hire by Nicole Clemens.
Adam Weinstein, Aaron Hart and Harley Copen will be a solid trio of the smartest junior guys in agency business. Nice to see ICM making some moves.
He’s a good guy and extremely dedicated, known him since he started in the mailroom. ICM’s gain.
That guy is going to be running an agency someday.
GREAT. FUCKING. GUY.
mensch.
Another smart hire by ICM. Dating back to Ava Jamshidi, they keep picking up the smartest people mishandled by other agencies. And they do it without overpaying them like CAA.
Aaron Hart could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman wearing white gloves. The great ones always land on their feet.
Aaron started on my feature agent’s desk, and you immediately knew he was going to move up and do well… and do it in an admirable way. When he got his stripes, he worked his butt off covering studios and searching out jobs for clients. He’s going to do very well at ICM. Someone else on this thread said it best… mench.
Hart is a fantastic guy. He is incredibly well read, he is courteous and he actually listens to people. He would have done well wherever he landed. Good for ICM for picking him up quickly.
Aaron’s my agent and the guy is a machine.
Great agent, even better guy. ICM will prosper with him and vice versa.
Great move by ICM. I’m beginning to wonder if the WME merger is such a good thing. I see LOTS of internal ego-clashes in the near future
Hey “Not Surprised”. No clients? So you know his roster?
I am not Aaron. I am not a friend of Aaron’s. I am someone who knows Aaron and has offered jobs to his clients.
Maybe “Not Surprised” needs to get over the fact that he has no agent and go back to working on his screenplay dreck and blaming top agents for his failures.
