• I’m less than convinced Castle belongs at 10p Mondays, but the ABC braintrust must figure CSI Miami is a bit war-weary.

  If someone would have handed me the keys to scheduling Castle & The Forgotten, I think I would have flip-flopped them, putting Castle on Tuesdays. But, hey, it was their call to make. Good luck, folks.

• By this point, no one thinks Mcpherson, et al know how to schedule a network, but Flash Forward, the show where half the world dies, on Thursdays at 8. Sounds perfect for my two kids….I need some of that glue they’re huffing in those offices! Will it Surviv(or)??? DOUBT IT……..

• Ugly Betty against Southland is actually a good move because it might win. It can definitely beat Dollhouse on Fox. Don’t count Ugly Betty out. It’s a great show!!!

• There are 2 clips from V on thrfeed.com
  You can really see the “Battlestar Galactica” influence on the look of the show (hot, icy & menacing antagonist, moral ambiguity of the protagonist).
  There’s also a clip from Flash Forward, which looks like it’s biting hard on “Jericho”.

  These samples definitely add to the old adage, “Everything old is… still old”.

• betty at 9 on fri? why? we all know that shark tank reality show will not make it to fall. it’s preeming in summer. put betty there. that makes much more sense.

  flash forward sound very Lost-like and grim for an 8pm show. but it’s better than preeming it after lost… we all know that is the kiss of death.

• The term Cougar is so damn offensive to women. A woman in her 40s who wants to date a younger man is labeled a predator, who is pathetic and meant to be openly mocked.

  A man in his 40s dating a younger woman is the main character of most every major Hollywood film (and in real life is Michael Douglas and his gorgeous much-younger wife. Who he is congratulated for getting.)

  Have you seen the “hilarious” clips ABC released? Where Courtney Cox, who is stunning, is told she’ll have trouble getting a younger man to sleep with her. I guess if they’re trying to make the audience laugh, they’re doing so right there.

  I hope ABC changes the name of the series.
