• Carson’s show has a new format where he just interviews and does not do jokes or comedy. It’s MUCH better. And cheaper to produce.

• One thing to remember is that Jon Stewart’s old syndicated talk show was terrible. The talk show format
  looks simple, but it has to be personally fitted to work right, and a lot of networks and production companies don’t seem to get that.

• While it’s very easy to hate on Carson, the new show is MUCH better than his old one. Nikki: Maybe– to maintain your self-proclaimed journalistic integrity– before you write he’s unwatchable, you should actually watch it… it’s clear you probably haven’t seen the new show (otherwise you would have referenced it).
