I’m told the 7-year veteran William Morris Agency talent agent who was laid off in the merger will begin working out of Paradigm’s Beverly Hills headquarters effective immediately. Many of Erwin More’s clients will be following him to Paradigm including Mariska Hargitay, Claire Forlani, Jenny McCarthy, Cicely Tyson, Chris Vance, Sarah Wayne Callies, Kenny Hotz, Jonathan Silverman, Brian Benben, Craig Van Sickle, and Steve Mitchell to name a few. Prior to joining WMA, More was a founding partner of More/Medavoy Management which became Talent Entertainment Group.

Good for More. He’s a good guy and obviously a good agent. Look how many of his clients are going with him instead of staying at WME. That’s a good sign of how much his clients appreciate the job he’s doing. Good for him and a good move by Paradigm.
this is perfect for paradigm. his list of clients will fit in perfectly with the current mix paradigm offers, which admittedly ain’t much.
interned for him at TEG. He’s the best. Paradigm’s lucky to have him
Paradigm is lucky to have him. I have never seen an agent who can balance being a kind and down-to-earth person and a tough negotiator so seamlessly. He was too good for the new mess that is WME anyway.
In my experience, Erwin More is a an extraordinarily talented professional (not to mention a very, very fine person). Great news for Paradigm!
What about Brandy!?!?! Where is she landing?
I’m not surprised his clients are following him.
good guy. wme’s loss…
Second the motion re what a great guy he is. And this move is so much better than being invited to join that cannibalistic cabal. Glad he landed on his feet right away. You go, Er!
Bad guy, steals other people’s deals. What goes up, must come down.
A good fit for both Erwin and Paradigm. Eriwn is great at what he does. Paradigm will be able to access to the reamining clients @ WME who will not get the attention or service or jobs.
My man
Read the difference in tone re comments about Erwin and Jim wiatt..erwin,such a good guy…Jim..well,read the comments…
Look at all the wonderful comments here. A true testament to the man, the myth….the More! Good luck honey!
One of the all time best people in the agent world. Its amazing that Ari and Patrick would not keep a quality guy like Erwin. But who know’s how they decided who would stay and who would go. Erwin has great clients that make money. Good addition Paradign. In this case the good guy wins!
Hey Jim hows retirement, chasing some young girls?
Yet another example of the wrong guy having been laid off.
erwin is awesome
rock it!
I worked with him. Was always a good dude. Wish him well………
