• Good for More. He’s a good guy and obviously a good agent. Look how many of his clients are going with him instead of staying at WME. That’s a good sign of how much his clients appreciate the job he’s doing. Good for him and a good move by Paradigm.

• Paradigm is lucky to have him. I have never seen an agent who can balance being a kind and down-to-earth person and a tough negotiator so seamlessly. He was too good for the new mess that is WME anyway.

• A good fit for both Erwin and Paradigm. Eriwn is great at what he does. Paradigm will be able to access to the reamining clients @ WME who will not get the attention or service or jobs.

• One of the all time best people in the agent world. Its amazing that Ari and Patrick would not keep a quality guy like Erwin. But who know’s how they decided who would stay and who would go. Erwin has great clients that make money. Good addition Paradign. In this case the good guy wins!
