• Um… what exactly makes Hurwitz “Mr. Television Series”? I mean, I respect the guy and all, but for all the Emmy love, nobody ever watched “Arrested Development.” His pilot for ABC two years ago crapped out, his pilot for CBS this year (huge commitment, huge stars) crapped out, his “Sit Down Shut Up” was canned after two airings, and of the myriad pilots he produced this year, only “Brothers” was picked up. I’m not knocking the guy, truly. But aside from his “Arrested” reputation (respect without ratings), what exactly has WME stolen from CAA?
