To my great surprise, I'm mentioned on the September 27th episode of Entourage. I've been mixed in my assessment of the HBO series over the years, alternately castigating it for not showing the down and dirty Hollywood, but most recently praising this 6th season for less predictability and more realism. (Let me assure you that I had no advance word of the mention when I wrote that.) I won't ruin it for DH readers by revealing what's said about me.
But it should make you laugh.

Hilarious! This season has been pretty good… they’ve stopped focusing on Vince.
I agree with you 100%. This season has been pretty good for the simple fact that they are delving deeper into the lives of other characters.

Congrats, NF! I knew that when you finally heard your name mentioned on the show it would be your new favorite! Looking forward to the predictable “Entourage is unwatchable” diarrhea to start spewing from the fingertips of wannabe Hollywood. The show is entertaining as hell, although a highly inaccurate portrayal of LA. Why is everyone so genuine and down-to-earth? No love for the envious, arrogant no talent piece of shit douchebags that make up 95% of this town? Shame on you, Doug Ellin!!

Entourage is amazing. It owns La, which is why so many Lost Angels hate it. it hits too close to home.

This season has been the worst for me, in addition to last season. And really it had True Blood to thank, as did Hung, for the ratings increase.
yes, it really has gotten terrible. I’ve tried off and on this season, but last week’s horribly mediocre, boring episode was the final nail in the coffin, especially now that I won’t be already tuned in to HBO at the time since Hung had it’s season finale. too bad I’ll miss the Nikki Finke reference because although I love Nikki and her site, even dropping her name can not win me back.
Nice of them to have Debi Mazar in the photo. She been all but written out of the show. I like the show but their inability to develop female characters is laughable. “hmm- we need a woman in this episode..” “how about she is a waitress/actress/model/store worker/student who Vince says hello to and then later we cut to her riding Vince”.

The only relevant and consistently humorous part of the show is it cast all appropriately height deficient man-boys in each role.

Big part of the downfall of the show is Ally Musika. She’s not a writer and is despised by the majority of people working there. It’s a mystery how she got the EP title.
