Obviously pandering to their target audience: Prawns.
So… you interviewed with NBC when you were in your 20′s and they didn’t hire you? Thought once Ben left the company you would stop your rant. I think you’re obsessed and disturbed. Great website though
Pathetic. Witless. Trailer park-level.
It may be better to promote Leno’s show in the cat litter section.
A fancy feast of comedy indeed. Ben’s wonder marketing strikes again! But are they a sponsor?
NBC’s nine lives are up. Muuuahhhh!!!!
If the TV promos are any indication you’ll have to watch several weeks worth of Leno shows to get that “5 hours of comedy”.
Wow, that’s just embarrassing!!
Marketing wizardry!
I don’t even understand what that ad means. Is the coupon for comedy or cat food?
So why is it NBC advertises in Supermarkets is a bad thing and CBS advertises on eggs and it’s progressive?
And how much does the corporate shithead who came up with that campaign get paid?
Leno’s humor: canned, not dry
There are no words; but, at least, there are pictures…
As stupid as that marketing strategy may seem, I bet it works to a certain extent. Certainly attention-grabbing.
Obviously you people are unaware that cats make up a very important demo and that NBC will easily win in the Cats 18-35 group with the exception of the young Tabbies they still lose to Comedy Central.
This placement is genius. One problem is that cats don’t see in full color so the whole More Colorful thing won’t work for them.

In Marketing, the quest for non-preoccupied eyeballs is never-ending.
May I suggest to NBC/Leno marketing staff:
Ads on toilet paper in public restrooms.
The final use will be so appropriate.
Really? This counts as news? A shopping themed ad in a grocery store for a show hoping to garner mass market appeal?
Maybe if they were tattooing Jay Leno’s face onto homeless people as they slept I could consider this news or a lack of class.
Personally, I think Jay’s promo should be in the kitty litter section.
I think I just fell head over heels for jessr15
What a pussy.
I couldn’t care less which show the ad is promoting or that it’s by NBC….I just think that shit like this in the grocery store is freakin annoying and gets in the way of my shopping, especially when the ad has nothing to do with groceries! The aisles are already too crowded as it is.
Will the media companies PLEASE stop bombarding me with advertisements everywhere I go in this town? The endless sea of billboard adds was already enough.
Is the cat food free?
Anyone know if Leno’s using freelancers for the new show?
And where are the coupons for Conan’s show?
Oh yeah…in the toilet.
