There are some issues that Comcast may tackle if they were interested in acquiring NBC Universal at some point.
Waxman is just a self-aggrandizing wannabe Nikki Finke – with no chance in hell of pulling it off. She claims to be accurate, fair, both sides have to be reported. What a load of sh*t. She posts people are dead before they’re taken off life support and publishes inaccurate, defamatory, unethical, one-sided badly edited stories in order to draw attention to her site without any regard to the consequences for all of those involved. Problem is, no matter what she claims, it’s not working. No one in Hollywood is going to her site. No one in Hollywood likes her. No one in Hollywood believes what she publishes to be truth. And this new f-up is just one more reason to avoid her like the plague. Keep up the great work Nikki and forget about this so-called friend. She doesn’t know the meaning of the word.
Just one of MANY errors made over the years from this joke of a journalist.
Next thing, you’ll know she’ll report that manager John Carrabino is actually Miramax/Dimenson’s Bob Weinstein … oh, wait, she already did that.
After my life was threatened, she inaccurately reported that I stayed in luxury hotels even after she was told during her reporting that it was not true, and then she told me and another editor that she just “lifted it” from another publication and dropped it into her story.
Your readers should list every Sharon Waxman journalistic violation and error they remember or know about first hand and post it here.
I thought Waxman was supposed to have high standards in reporting. Instead, she’s publishing inaccurate stories to hype her website and one day cash in. Is this responsible?
Makes Variety look better every day.
