The Internet is in a frenzy about what is purported to be the full script of the 3rd installment of the Twilight Saga leaked as a downloadable .pdf file. It appears to belong to Jackson Rathbone who plays Jasper in the film franchise. Now I can confirm that it is an early version of the Eclipse script (not the shooting script) and it is Rathbone’s (who probably left it behind at a blood bank). Does it matter? Of course not. Like duh, the script is based on Stephenie Meyer’s bestselling book. Judging from New Moon‘s worldwide grosses of $682M so far, I say not even this copyright infringement can stop the Twilight Saga juggernaut.

There really shouldn’t be such a fuss about this… Most people who watch the films have read the books so they know the plot and if they want to read the leaked script it would only be because they are sooooooo excited about the film so it wouldn’t stop them from watching the film.

I think if you are even a fan you’d more than likely shut youre face. The movie must represent the book, and it should have exactally as much Jacob as it needs to and as much Edward as it needs to. And if you have your knickers in a twist because Edward wasnt in New Moon that much, its plainly because he buggered off for almost the entire book. Read it huni, he aint there. They cant put him in a movie, if he aint there!!
So go be a good girl and buy the books, read them and you’ll see just how much Rob and Taylor will be in the movie, and the Robert Pattinson bang wagon already left!
that is really petty, if you read the books new moon was jacobs story weather or not you are teem edward or teem jacob… if you read the books jacob is one of the most important characters in the books,now just so you know my favorite character is edward i mean thats a no brainer he was written that way
but that does not take away the importance of all of the cullens which for me was the whole point of the books the importance of family and how all of lifes challenges wiether real or fantasy can be concored by staying united
i mean you have to give it to jake how meny times did he save her life how meny times did he battle not just vampires but his own legion there would not have been the union of the cullens and the wolves and they probably would have all died

I find it rather amusing that ppl the dont like the Twilight saga are wasting their time by finding these sites and commenting on them. Poor ppl, maybe if they spent their time doing something they liked they wouldn’t feel the need to attempt to make us Twilight junkies feel insignificant. But besides those ppl, who cares if it was leaked. Shame on whoever posted it, but true Twilight fans are well aware of the story line and know exactly how it goes.
The leaked script is a big deal because fans of the book want to see how true to the source material the script will be. Most Twilight fans already know what’s going to happen, and if you dont know then read the books, theyre so much better than the movies anyway. Go Team Bella.

To all you twilight fans THE MOVIES SUCK!!!!! I don’t understand the books are 100x better than both of the movies made.They don’t follow the books as they should,and what is this crap of adding things into the movie that never happened.Both movies have been a disapiontment PERIOD.
personally i really hope the writers change the scipt. in order for this movie to be even remotly good, it needs to have at least the same personality for the characters.
But instead of changing all that, best mediate the situation by adding more Rathbone to the concotion. i love me some rathbone.
But really people, the leak one draft of a script is not the the start of the appocolipse, life will go on.
If you are a twilight fan, i will be curt. you know the books are good, you know how well Meyer has captivated your attention with her dialect and writing structure, so you cannot put such high expectaions in the movie. Meyer’s writing is so uniqu to her person, only she can capture the essece of the story line of two unusual lovers paired against odds.
And if you are not a fan, i chastise you. how can you be so rude. you dont see everyone bagging on you favorite films do you.
But personally, i knew when i first read the books, before they were popular, that if they came out with a movie, that it would never be even remotly as good as the books, so after i read the books and discarded them in the bookshelf, i switched to the house of night series, then to the morganviile vampire series, then again, to the sookie stackhouse novels. i am currently a yaoi fan, my fave is Gorgeous Charat and Gorgeous Charat Galaxy. yeah i know what your thinking, this has nothing to do with the topic, and you dont care about my life, but i am a 16 year old northern girl in a southern state making average grades, i am an introvert when it comes face to face. i do belive i have the right to babble if i want.

A script is a script as well as a book being a book.
Movies add stuff and cut out a lot from books. To highlight main points and elaborate certain things.
Whoever wrote this isn’t thinking properly.
I’m 29 years old,, by far a tween as so many like to call them..
I myself thought all imagination was lost in my life and in my heart.. The twilight series (books, movies) are presented so well that I am able to put myself into the story while I’m reading and or watching it. And truth be told who wouldn’t wish they were Bella? I dont need to be a teenager to imagine myself as part of the story.
If you have read all of these comments the haters would see this is a series for ALL AGES and I think it’s great that all ages are able to enjoy this. Some are fans of more goary vamps where others like the excitment and the love, myself prefere the excitment and love!
If ppl choose to read this leaked script thats up to them.. Heck i read the downloaded first 12 chapters of Stephanie Meyers upcoming book “Midnight Sun” before i even picked up the first installment of the books.

reading the book has nothing. i’ve read the book countless times and i can quote each twilight book better then most pastors can quote the bible but it doesnt change the fact that the movies are different from the books (fight with the volturi in new moon as a prime example) i just wanna see if they kept my fave bits i.e ‘fire and ice’ chapter
