• Carlos and David Guillod are gonna tear it up. Paradigm has a great young team of agents, those are solid additions from a bigger company. Good on them.

• Carlos is a great agent and person but he won’t be able to grow at paradigm. And following guillod makes me question his intelligence.

• Jill Gillett is one of the shrewdest representatives working in television today. I have seen instances of her working over executives and showrunners on other agencies packages to create jobs for her directors that didn’t exist before she convinced the creatives of the need. She is also top notch as a television packager, if you look carefully at some of those ICM and Paradigm packages that other people claim to have put together and go back to their origins you can find Jill.

• The addition of Carlos means there are some big moves afoot at Paradigm. Carlos is the best agent I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many who claim top positions at top agencies. He was well trained by Guillod at UTA, so this makes good sense. Everyone should be watching what is about to happen over at Paradigm. These boys are always on top of it and Carlos is very well liked in town! Everyone’s eyes in the representation business should be on this duo, and what Paradigm’s next move will be.

• Jill is a fantastic agent who understands the business and works hard for her clients. She has a brilliant mind and is always 10 steps ahead of everyone… not to mention great taste in material. Paradigms was lucky to have her.

• “watch out big boys” you are clearly delusional when it comes to this move or you are one of the chumps that he used to laugh at when he was at UTA whom he said would do anything he asked. UTA is now stronger than they were a year ago.

• Jill is one of the best agents out there who is loyal and works hard for her clients. She is exceptionally smart and is usually 10 steps ahead of everyone else (sometimes boys don’t like that..). Paradigm was lucky to have her….

• What is going on at Paradigm??? Guillod brought zero money making clients and Carlos claims he has all of the latin world on lock but has never been able to make a dime from it. 2 big financial mistakes for Sam.

• Congratulations, Carlos! Not a lot of agents would get hired again after coming out openly about such personal problems, especially in a staff meeting. He was brave enough to withstand his demons, now hopefully the town will be brave enough to work with him again. None of us are perfect after all.
