MTV needs to get ride of Josh Horowitz and his stupid “Rough Cut.” What’s with this “personal preference” crap about 3D. If you didn’t get the message yet from James Cameron, and Robert Pattinson, here it is again–A film is a good film because of the story, not because it’s 3D or not. Artists don’t care. MTV and Horowitz, piece of advice…cancel your show. You ask stupid questions that, in the end, make you look stupid. Teenie-boppers are not going to care about Robert Pattinson’s preference about 3D, they are going to care about him. Ask good, thought out questions.
Heck, they can barely manage TWO dimensions…
LOL, this man (or woman) speaks the truth.
Agreed.
i love robert pattinson he is my 2nd hero (behind k-stew)
Hey Josh, if you want to keep your little cheesy show, quite asking stupid questions. If you haven’t gotten the whole picture yet, a film isn’t a film without a good story. No artist cares if it is in 3D or not.
There is no story here…
Now, it Taylor Lautner didn’t want 3D… Now THAT would be a story!
good. no reason for EVERY movie to be 3d. its should be looked at to be used where it makes sense. it should be one of many tools and not a tool that the entire movie revolves around.
for Twilight it doesnt make sense. the “big set pieces” arent in need of 3d to “flesh them out.”
the same for many of the superheroe movies, at least for the current Batman series. Green Lantern, or Iron man, sure. Maybe Thor maybe Spidy or Superman but even then…
Cap America no.
and if you dont like Twilight well then you wont mind it not being in 3d.
cheers
“It all depends on the script”…….Well Rob that didn’t stop you on the first two Twilight flicks (and possibly the third), so why should it stop you now. Unless of course he’s using the “script” angle to increase his paycheck. How much you wanna bet that now Summit has The Three Musketeers, we’ll be seeing Mr. Pattionson in that flick to help justify his big payday in New Moon. Oh Rob, that film will be in 3D, and you’ll be working with Paul W.S. Anderson. Oh Joy, a hack actor and director.
They need to go back and digitally rewire all of the Russ Meyer flicks for big honkin’ IMAX 3D. (I could have typed 36DDD, but that would have been lame.)
Is it just me or does Robert Pattinson sound like he’s just one big ball of boring? And not in the celebrities-are-just-like-us-way, but in the annoyingly sopping wet blanket way.
Robert is BOTHERED by 3D!
I love how he acts like he has control over the studio, and that he ISN’T tied up to the series no matter what.
Robert the best actor of our time.
