well deserved. one of the great ones. good human too.
Congratulations, Alan!
Sorry but the guy is a hack and rude too.
Wow, Charles, or whoever you are… May I respectfully say that you are a bonehead. Zweibel is one of the great ones, as someone said in an earlier comment. Some of the funniest moments in the past 30 years have been written by Zweibel, and he’s also a great guy.
Alan Z. Weibel was always nice to me.
Thanks and kudos Mr. Weibel.
Your pal,
George W. Ashington
He can’t be getting this award for his writing. Did anyone see these movies?
Zweibel wrote for Gilda Radner on the original SNL. Figuring that
alone is part of why he’s being honored.
There are a lot of great writers in the world. Unfortunately this is not one of them. Yet he gets an award from the Guild. How did this happen?
Zweibel has always taken more credit than he deserves for the work Gilda did on SNL. Ask anyone living from the original cast.
Alan Zweibel is a true mensch. His writing is great and so is his personality. Congrats Alan!
He must have friends in high places. He’s a mediocre writer at best.
Are they sure about this?
