Another show cancelation news broken via Twitter. Carter Covington, executive producer of ABC Family’s comedy 10 Things I Hate About You tweeted to his followers today that the network had canceled the show. 10 Things, based on the 1999 movie, is in the middle of airing the back-10 episodes of its first season. After strong start last summer with its original 10-episode order, ABC Family picked up 10 more episodes. But the ratings went down in the comedy’s return this spring. The network will still air the five remaining episodes, which Covington says are “fantastic.” Other notable tweets announcing show cancelations include Thomas Carter writing on his Twitter feed of the demise of Comedy Central’s Reno 911! Last summer.

show sucked anyway…good riddance
Huh. I thought the show was charming as hell. With the well done but raunchy Greek barely coming back and this show perfect for teen girls getting canceled, I can’t at all tell what shows ABC Family wants from it’s shows.
WHAT THE HECK. . .THEY CANNOT CANCEL 10 things. If they do, me and my friends will not watch any ABC family show. good bye MAKE IT OR BREAK IT and SECRET LIFE.
Why?!!!! I love this show and all my friends watch!! This really blows!
Yeah…this show was the only reason why I watch ABC….so I boycott you now! LOSERS. Your other shows suck!
FAIL!!! WHY AND WHO WOULD DO SUCH A THING!!!!! This is the worst news I’ve gotten in soooo long!! I cried! Please don’t do this! At least finish it off right!
