I’m addicted so don’t hate please create!!
Denise is so wet right now. Don’t hate ya’ll
as the music and titles indicate they are clearly trying to make this feel “epic,” but battles just don’t feel epic when there are only twenty soldiers on each side. this feels more like jets vs. sharks. those fight scenes look so thin with all that negative space. can you imagine twenty scots fighting twenty english for scotland’s freedom? i think this has a lot to do with why these trailers look so lame to dudes, and i don’t think this would have been that hard to fix. just sayin’.
Can someone explain to me the obsession this site seems to have with not only the Twilight saga but also Taylor L…
This site deals with the trajectory of Hollywood so that’s why you see so much of Twilight and Taylor Lautner here. There is a big trail of money and success behind both.
Oh no Vampi– oh, they’re from Seattle. Shouldn’t be too much of a problem, probably pretty docile.
really? generic “army of vampires” xmen3 style? i was looking forward to this, emphasis on “was.”
The kids who are into this will look back on it in ten years and laugh at themselves.
Actually if you didnt notice this nonsense doesnt only apply to the 13 year old girls. There seems to be LOTS of older women going through some kind of mid-life crisis and lost in a fantasy land.
Isn’t that the case with all teenage fads? I mean, I bet there are millions of girls, and some boys who look back at the Backstreet Boy/Nsync crazed they were so into anD just cringed.
It’s the same for guys.I for one look back at some of the stuff I like as a kid and vomit a little in my mouth;Power Rangers, the old X-Men cartoon, The band Korn.
Exactly…
I was a Backstreet Boys fan. I read every news about them, collect every picture, every performance. When their albums came out and some critics didn’t like it – I couldn’t understand why… They were so talented to me… I dreamed to meet Nick somewhere…
And it looks so ridiculous now when I look back.
I understand the “Teen” phase. When you are 12-17 you need to adore someone. That’s why they are so popular BSB, NSyns back then. Miley Syrus, Justin Bieber, Robert Pattinson now. But how can women age 30-40 go crazy about Edward and Bella is beyond me. All those 12-17 age girls will find some other idols to adore in couple of years and will look back and laugh at how they were so crazy about Pattinson. But those adult women are hopeless
Looking back further, would the Duran Duran era of the mid 80′s be a closer comparison? I think they had tweenie, teen and adult women fans.
Please tell me the fan reaction videos are up already…
Dances with Werewolves!
I’m so glad I didn’t grow up on these books or films. I don’t care how much money they make, these films will be seen as some of the most ludicrous pieces of entertainment in no time flat.
Wow, just when you thought these movies couldn’t get any worse…but then again, I’m not a twelve year old girl.
and apparently the live online chat (with Bryce Dallas Howard, Nikki Reed and Julia Jones) and official world online premiere of this trailer was broadcast on exclusively on the web from a joint called theroomlive.com in hollywood, ca – just for the record. (I am thoroughly in the know about all things twilight….
I liked the books – I had to channel my inner hormonal 17 year old, but they were good. These movies are just so goofy and cheesy. Melissa Rosenberg is awful at adapting them, she doesn’t capture the feel of the books at all. I don’t know if it’s her or Summit, but they try too hard to tweak them to broaden the appeal and it just winds up a mess. The only thing worth watching is Anna Kendrick stealing every scene she’s in. And Michael Sheen is brilliant, as always, but sadly his character isn’t in Eclipse.
I have to say, having read all of the twilight posts and seeing the seething comments from people who don’t like the movies is getting kind of old. I’m a 30 year old woman who is a professional in the industry and I love the movies. Not because I’m lonely or pathetic or lost in some fantasy world, but because they’re just FUN. That’s it. FUN.
People are certainly entitled to their opinions. There are a lot of movies and series I hate as well, but I don’t go out on message boards posting angry comments in attempt to insult people that actually like them. If you hate the movies so much, why do you care? Why are you even reading these posts? Your holier than thou posts bashing the movies are what’s really pathetic.
