Many of you have asked about the status of NBC’s Our Show. Larry Charles’ experimental comedy presentation was an off-cycle order and I hear that NBC has not seen it yet. I bet it would ultimately end up on cable. The Warner Bros. TV/Wonderland-produced project is about friends who begin making episodes of their favorite sci-fi show after it ends. For once, NBC’s cable sibling SyFy has been actively looking to get into the half-hour comedy arena. Our Show could be a good way to do it.
TV Editor Nellie Andreeva - tip her here.

Syfy’s programming has been so piss poor that taking this pilot might help them.
i hope they pick this up. larry charles is a genius and the premise sounds hilarious
sounds like a rip-off of ‘Be Kind Rewind’.
Thanks so much for the update, Nellie. I don’t care where I watch it….I just want to watch it!!!
Heard it is hysterical
Nellie, two questions, if you have any info:
1. Any info on CBS’ game show pilot “The Cube”, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris?
2. Any info on if NBC will air “Breakthrough with Tony Robbins” this summer or if it’ll go unaired? Announced last May as “midseason”
YES! This one sounds original and promising. And it’s hard to deny Larry Charles. Can’t wait to see it.
No, it doesn’t, “genius”.
P. Rieser’s pilot sank like a stone after some good press, no?
i cannot wait for this. so happy to hear it will air somewhere!
Thank you for finally writing about “Our Show.” I am baffled by why NBC hasn’t seen it yet, as I know it was cast back in early March, but am happy to hear it is still in play. I think it might be better on cable anyway….might have a longer run. We Sci-Fi fans are excited about it, and hope you will keep us informed, Nellie.
