• That is LONG overdue. I worked with him for 5 years and never understood what he did there, with the exception of some meetings related to piracy. What a bozo. He had a great office though – cool old film projector, etc.

• There is a memo being issued tomorrow to stem the rumors of pending layoffs across the Disney campus. There are no truth to the rumors that have now affect overnight markets and busy pr and related entities are bracing for calls and will spend the weekend on talk shows defending the actions of the unkindest cut and the sale of mighty morphin power rangers to investor Haim Saban.

• This is an interesting one! Who’s telling the truth, and who is lying?
  What I can tell you is that Disney has been looking at large plots of land in Peru – with council permissions included – to build a massive studio. And last time I was visiting Disney, all they could do was moan about the ridiculous cost of employing Americans.
  Maybe they’re moving?
