After acquiring The Martha Stewart Show, Hallmark Channel, which will begin airing the daily talk show on September 13th at 10 AM, has picked up more programming from Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia – new and library shows – to form an original “how-to” block on the cable network in the fall, as well as primetime specials.
New Programming
Following “The Martha Stewart Show,” Hallmark Channel will air two new series: Between 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., ET/PT, weekdays, the network will air an hour-long topical talk show, executive-produced by Emmy Award-winning writer and director David Steinberg and hosted by Sirius XM’s “Whatever” hosts Alexis Stewart and Jennifer Koppelman Hutt. The home audience will be engaged through call-in and Skype-ing opportunities throughout the hour.
From 12:00 – 12:30 p.m., ET/PT, weekdays, Hallmark Channel will premiere “Mad Hungry with Lucinda.” Lucinda Scala Quinn is the Executive Food Editor at MSLO, host of the radio show “EatDrink” on Sirius XM and author of popular cookbooks. Lucinda’s goal with the show is to bring family back to the dinner table.
Everyday Food Series
Following Lucinda, from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m., ET/PT, weekdays, Hallmark will air seasons one through four of “Everyday Food,” offering quick, easy and practical cooking solutions.
From 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., ET/PT, weekdays, Hallmark Channel will put the spotlight on select episodes from Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia’s extensive library of programming including “From Martha’s Kitchen,” “From Martha’s Home” and “From Martha’s Garden,” among others.
There will be encore airings of “The Martha Stewart Show” at 4:00 and 5:00 p.m., ET/PT, weekdays enabling millions of viewers to have access to the program in the afternoon.
Prime-Time Specials with Martha Stewart
Martha is preparing two prime-time specials celebrating Halloween and Christmas. The hour-long programs will focus on the crafts, traditions and history of these two viewer-favorite holidays. Martha is also preparing two prime-time in-depth interview specials featuring extremely fascinating innovators and doers in the fields of entertainment, politics and culture.

Talk about who cares…The Hallmark Channel? Showing Martha Stewart reruns? Wow i am now SET for the water cooler! WTF?!?
I always loved The Hallmark Channel but now I know what station I will be getting rid of. Someone sure did come up with a dumb idea.
Are you kidding me? Who thought of this? Why screw up a good thing..I won’t be watching this channel anymore
Do you think an Oprah production any better?
The Martha Stewart Channel! Some of those vintage Martha Stewart shows are “good things.” Hand over fist, I’ll take Martha Stewart re-runs over that Pioneer Woman nonsense being proposed for the big screen.
Didn’t Hallmark already tried a full daytime block of Martha Stewart a couple of months ago? It didn’t lasted long (maybe two weeks?), and the daytime lineup went right back into off network programs.
Do people still care about Martha Stewart? And to have an entire day devoted to her? Unreal. All day every day with Martha, her daughter and all those dorks trying to be like her. Ugh. The whole thought makes me sick. Thankfully I don’t have to watch. And I have no intention to.
Can’t wait! I always learn so much from Martha! Hallmark has added a new viewer!!!
I am looking forward to seeing Martha daily.
I also am excited about the martha stwert shows.
I would sure like to know how those two foul-mouthed women plan to adapt their witty reparte (yeah, right) to daytime TV? With every other word out of Alexis’ mouth the “F” word or the “C” word and more, how on earth is Hallmark even considering this? What does Alexis have on her mother that she must drag her along every where she goes? Over 40 and still hanging on mama’s apron strings. She’s pathetic.
I used to watch the Hallmark Channel A LOT, but no more!!
One hour of Martha Stewart is MORE than enough. Who ever decided to have her on all day should be FIRED.
Martha Stewart, her stupid daughter & friend is more than AWFUL. Get rid of them all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was always comforting to know you could watch a family show even if in it’s zillionth rerun………….remove Martha from yout scheduling or no more Hallmark for me.
PLEASE! Martha Stewart on all day on your once wonderful channel.
Surely your pr people know that those of us who watch daytime TV
are retired and like to be entertained, not bored to death.
The Alexi show is beyond stupid.
PLEASE, go back to your usually great, entertaining shows that
HALLMARK WAS famous for. There must be a million old movies you
could show us.
Thanks for the old memories…and let me know when you will entertain us again.

Holy Heaven. This is the worst show I’ve ever seen. I mean these girls are below terrible especially the red head.
Chi Cha.
It would be helpful if you made it easy and accessible to pull up your television show by the day, preferably the day it was done. This way any recipes for that episode would we listed. Today you had on Meat ball making. Mine are great but I would love to try the ones that were stuffed, with either matzarella or racotta. Thanks
