Yep, ZERO comments in over 24 hours since this little tidbit was posted on Deadline. No idea why this show has been so praised and touted as the funniest thing since rye-spiraled sliced bread. I understand that “3.5 Men” is a tub of shit, mostly dick jokes, and stars a social misfit misogynist who should be in jail, but is this all we have to compare to? The Muppet Show was funnier than “Big Bang” – and no double-entendre references to vaginas.
It’s all about what sells! Obviously there are more people that would disagree with you, which is why both shows are still on and way beyond infancy. I think someone should take advantage of the parental lock option on his/her tv, just to make sure nothing beyond rated G flashes on the screen.
Really? I think you may stand alone with that opinion as it is has been one of the highest rated sitcoms for a respectable amount of time- Have you even watched the show? It’s outlandishly funny and well done.
I’m ready for Season 4 – Big Bang is comfort food with an intelligent twist. And instead of being condescending, it’s humor is pretty accessible for everyone. Along with How I Met Your Mother, it gives CBS a nice dose of comedic relief.
