The lengthy teaser trailer for Thor that Marvel Studios unveiled at Comic-Con has leaked onto the Internet. But distributor Paramount Pictures says it was pirated and is going to websites taking it down. So we all have to wait a bit longer.

When Did Saoirse Ronan Become Teen Action Queen? http://t.co/SiCa2tjaAbout 10 hours ago

Hmmm. Interesting. They might just pull it off.
No Lois Lane footage?
I can’t wait to thee thor!!
hahahahahaha my feet are very thor from walking all day….sorry could not resist
Wow! Kenneth Branagh just rose 10 levels up in my mind. He’s always been a great actor and good director but who knew that he had this kind of directing vision in him. Go Kenneth Go. Congratulations to you.
This looks like the best Marvel movie yet. It’s funny how they always have to put the little stinger at the end of a trailer – the completely unrelated moment of insane action. Earth meet FireFace!
Looks better than it sounded.
If the trailer made it to THIS site, then it should be considered released.. not leaked.
It looks like a bad tv movie. Good luck, Marvel.
Seems You Are The Only One Here Who Has Good Perception. I Find It Amusing That People Think This Movie Will Be Good After Watching That Trailer.
WOW!!!!!! NOW THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT! What a fantastic trailer — you know why? STORY over effects, EMOTION over mindless action, CHARACTERS over $200 million exercises in costuming and production design. I am so excited to see this movie now. This is what I’ve been advocating that a studio like Paramount embrace after failing do so with Transformers 2 and GI Joe. (But did so well with on “Star Trek”, largely thanks to JJ Abrams.) This is a really well-cut trailer — certainly one of the best super-hero trailers — and this movie is gonna be huge. Thanks for posting….
Lost and confused. Thor is not trailer trash from Australia?
NNNOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Well, at least Hopkins can act. Natalie Portman as awful as always. Wish they would do the art direction on these comic book movies more like 300, though.
You think Portman is a bad actress but think 300 should be the cornerstone for comic book adaptations’ art direction? Someone is pretty tacky.
by the hammer of thor, i can’t wait to see thor when it comes out!!….. thor.
Seriously! Are these studio plants above? Who in their right mind could think this looks any good at all. BOMB! DOA! This looks awful horrible, “thorible” (TM). Hemsworth cannot act. This looks atrociously awful. This is going to bomb like JONAH HEX. Why Natalie, why? Did you need $ to produce your own projects, is that it? There are no more words to describe this.
Did it occur to you that the movie hasn´t passed the postproduction yet you retard?
I kinda dig it. It looks retro, but cool. I’ll definitely check this out in 3D.
Yet Portman is just dead weight. She looks hot, but those line readings she gives are just laughably “episode one” bad…spare me the madness!!!
Cool, if it’s just whatever footage they have available, something to show the fans.
Bad if they’re trying to pull in anyone NOT familiar w/ Thor… that trailer left me with absolutely ZERO emotion towards any of the characters, just a bunch of stuff happening. No sense of the story or time or how they connect…. very all over the place.
hope this was just thrown together for comic-con.
It looks dreadful. More assembly line superhero pablum. I can’t even begin to express how little I’m interested in seeing it. The nerds will undoubtedly show up in droves for the opening weekend like the mindless lemmings that they are, though. Branagh clearly directed this just to buy a yacht or something. Adapting Shakespeare doesn’t pay as handsomely.
I saw it before it was taken down and I was impressed. Definitely liked what I saw.
It looked underwhelming to me. The story, from what I saw, didn’t interest me. I couldn’t get a grip on this film’s tone, but it’s just five minutes of footage, so I’ll give them a pass on that. You can make a drinking game out of the amount of canted angles just in that five minutes of footage. People will start laughing by the time the finished film gets to thw twentieth canted shot.
Hemsworth’s bleached facial hair looks AWFUL during the interrogation scene. Yeesh, he looks like an albino gorilla.
Not much from the 5 minute Thor trailer got me excited much. Looks like they were trying to hide some of the cheesy costumes and plastic looking helmets in those fade to blacks. Ken’s ripping off the 300 fast motion to slow motion editing. No way is this breaking out like Iron Man. Also, Portman seems really out of place in the trailer, ugh what a mess.
Hemsworth appears to be a horrible choice as Thor. Judging from the leaked trailer, he has none of the screen presence you would expect Thor to have.
The Asgard scenes with Anthony Hopkins were the best part of the trailer. The present day earth stuff looked cheesy, and awful.
I think this might be Wolverine bad.
No doubt Captain America will be better.
Give the new guy a break. You guys are the same dipshits that knocked Daniel Craig when he was cast as Bond.
Michael Cera would have been a good Thor
Catch it while you can — the Thor comic-con trailer is at:
Looks better than I thought: Loki frames Thor. Odin banishes Thor. Loki gets Odin’s throne. Thor becomes worthy again, gets hammer, reclaims throne. Great!
For every minute over 100 (w/credits) then there will be exponential trouble. Keep it short and sweet and simply get him into The Avengers, and never worry about a Thor 2.
