• How does one get the letter so fast, “Writer?” One opens the attachments to their e-mail from an attorney or recently executive, likely the same who provided the original info about the departure in the first place.

  It ain’t a mystery novel. Odd that it went out with the typos – let’s see if a proofed, cleaned-up version is posted soon.

  I’ve GOTTA ask, and I really do want to know if someone would please take a minute to answer me: Are folks TRULY this naive?

  Do many/most readers have no clue how/why a letter like this is rapidly circulated to those who will publish it where a lot of folks in the same industry as the target of accusations will see it?

• I just don’t understand how or why colleagues of McPherson’s let him get away with his pathetic, immature antics for so long. The screaming and ALL CAPS emails – are we in junior high school again? This guy is an unprofessional loser and the when companies tolerate idiots like this, they eventually will become targets of lawsuits for failing to maintain a civil workplace.

• Anne Sweeney and Robert Iger willfully chose not to maintain a civil workplace.
  Steve McPherson verbally, sexually, psychologically absued…assaulted…harassed… intimidated (what ever you want to call it) on a regular basis, employees at ABC/Disney.
  I have worked for him at two different junctures in my career and he inspired fear and loathing.
  He refuses to medicate his bi-polar disease. He has serious impulse control issues and extreme anger problems.
  His entitled frat boy behavior was CONDONED by Sweeney and Iger.
  EVERYONE KNEW THIS. ALL THE UPPER LEVEL BOSSES KNEW THIS.
  NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
  But then the Nazi’s got away with it too.
