The indie Catch .44 has added two actresses transitioning from sultry vampire roles. Twilight Saga’s Nikki Reed and True Blood’s Deborah Ann Woll have signed on opposite Bruce Willis, Malin Ackerman and Forest Whitaker in the Aaron Harvey-directed thriller about three gorgeous female assassins sent on a job that might be their last. The film is set for a July 8 start in Louisiana, and Sierra Pictures is aboard to handle international sales. Harvey wrote the script and the pic is co-production between Emmett/Furls Films and Annapurna Productions, with Randall Emmett, Megan Ellison and Michael Benaroya producing and George Furla, Curtis Jackson and Ted Schipper exec producers. Reed plays Rosalie Hale, part of the Cullen vampire clan in Twilight Saga: Eclipse, and Woll plays True Blood’s precocious newbie bloodsucker Jessica.

Nikki Reed is a solid actress. And those Twilight movies fail to capitalize on that fact. I’d see anything she’s in. She was the best thing about Hardwicke’s 13.
Actually, there were too many “best things” about Hardwicke’s 13. Let’s see if she’s still got it!
she was the best thing about 13 because she wrote it.
They must have wised up and avoided Fabrication Films. A smart move indeed, unless one wants to waste time mired in legal shenanigans with fringe players.
YAY! another assassin movie!! (insert sarcasm here)
I second everything XiMan said. Nikki is a fabulous actress and I’d also see anything that kid is in. I’m stoked to hear about this and look forward to seeing it.
Congrats to these two! I’m not a huge fan of nikki reed, but out of the twilight series actresses she along with anna kendrick can actually act.
Deborah is one of my favorite characters on True Blood. She seems like a nice girl and a solid scene stealer.
Fox Force Three!
LOVE Deborah Ann Woll! Consistantly one of the best things about True Blood. She is beautiful and talented, and I really hope she has a long a successful career.
Megan Ellison & Randall Emmett, WOW!
