Teri Polo has been added to the cast of NBC’s upcoming Law & Order: Los Angeles. In a major recurring role, she will play Casey Winters, the wife of Det. Rex Winters (Skeet Ulrich) and a former hard-nosed cop who retired to start a family. Polo, who next reprises her Meet the Parents role in Little Fockers, is repped by Gersh and manager Bob McGowan.

Yawn. Obviously Skeet’s and Teri’s movie careers have dead ended. This Law & Order stuff — how can anyone possibly get excited about anything to do with this series? It’s all been done, folks. It’s all been done, multiple times. I’m so over this franchise it’s all I can do to read this entire post. I barely made it through. I’d never even think of watching this stale crap, even if it was on a real network and not NBC.
can this show get any better?
how soon before we see Detective Munch ?
te, polo. makes for a very very pretty tv detective. looks likes shes about, 22 in promo picture. in reading threw the cliff notes and admiring your picture i dont know how you retired from a police force at around 2o years old ran home had kids. its amazing too retire at around 2o or so/ pictures dont lie. amazing cop story
Congratulation Pam Focker! Long overdue…
I haven’t watched Law & Order in ages, but if this show embraces LA and its culture on a genuine level, it could be really cool. But if it’s just like the other Law & Orders and LA is just a “setting” for stories that could just as easily have been on any of the other versions…who cares.
Didn’t Father Time just bury the original Law and Order? Now we are supposed to get excited about Law and Order: Los Angeles. I guess there is no end to the surplus of crime on broadcast and cable. That must be why a show like “Mad Men” seems so fresh and welcome. At least the L.A.show will mean some steady work for Teri Polo and Skeet Ulrich.
When’s Teri Polo’s movie 2:13 coming out?
I think that since this is the new law and order franchise the more actresses and actors the better. It would make the show more better and entertaining.
