The four-time Academy Award and Emmy and Tony nominee and one-time Best Actor Oscar winner (for Kiss Of The Spider Woman) just made the move to Adam Schweitzer, co-head of ICM’s motion picture talent department. He’s currently filming the lead role in the HBO film Too Big To Fail about the financial crisis directed by Curtis Hanson.
Editor-in-Chief Nikki Finke - tip her here.

From the look on his face in this picture, I think this departure felt like a giant enema: it was painful to contemplate, but at some point his career had to land at ICM.
Not nice, Hey now but really ICM! How sad oh well he had a great career. He should have gone to Innovative. Adam does represent some good working actors and is a nice person. ICM is like a morgue.
Probably not a bad idea for Hurt. He shows up in far too many projects that are not worthy of his time.
What a great sign for ICM!! He is one of the most distinguished artists in our industry. Looking forward to seeing what he does next!
Yikes….he might as well go without an agent. Are they in the movie business?
Hope he gets projects that merit his talent. Always so watchable no matter if the film itself is worthy of him.
He’s a great actor if he needs a power move done he should talk to Shoog at the rainbow room. That guy helped mike epps get in that Hollywood circle. I’m not sure if he’s a agent or manager.
William Hurt is an amazing actor and even ICM can’t screw up his career. There will be those William Hurt, Philip Seymour Kaufman kind of roles that only a few actors can pull off. They should both just get strong management and let their lawyers do the deals.
Love William Hurt such a brilliant actor
