EXCLUSIVE: Former Nip/Tuck star Dylan Walsh is reuniting with CBS and producers Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly for another procedural about an agent at a Washington D.C.-based government agency. CBS has ordered a script for an untitled FBI drama project set in D.C. from veteran drama writer Julie Hebert, with Walsh attached to star. Timberman/Beverly Prods. and CBS Television Studios, where the company is now based, are producing. Hebert, Timberman and Beverly are executive producing, with Walsh and Kerry Schmidt serving as producers. Last development season, Walsh played the lead in The Line, a CBS drama pilot from writer-director Michael Dinner, Timberman/Beverly and Sony TV, which centered an Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms agent and a father. Walsh, repped by Gersh and manager Bob McGowan, recently co-starred in Secretariat. CAA-repped Hebert serves as a consulting producer on the CBS/CBS Studios freshman cop family drama Blue Bloods. Her series credits include Numbers, ER, Third Watch and The West Wing.

ugh, well as long as he can go beyond his acting range in Nip/Tuck, he was horrible. Liked him in the stepfather though.
Gawd. Stop regurgitating the same crap already! I don’t care who’s in it. It’s the same POS idea over & over & over & over & over!
The Line was based on my book Kiss Her Goodbye and Walsh did an AMAZING job with the character. I was sorry the show didn’t make the final cut, but such is life. I’m just happy that Walsh—who is a very nice guy and a terrific actor—has a new show.
If I hear the words…”procedural drama” one more time I’m going to hang myself.
He is a great actor, I remember him playing the tough cop in Brooklyn south ! He looks like an FBI agent
Another FBI agent on CBS? jeeze
I loved him to bits in NIP/TUCK. I’ll watch anything with him in it.
Walsh will be great as an FBI agent ! He has great range and makes people around him better, I have directed him before .
Three and done.
who cares? Does anyone tune in to watch Dylan Walsh?
Julie Hebert rocks! This is gonna be great!
Walsh is a fine actor.
But God help us, another cop show!! Make it stop! How many cop shows can audiences take? It’s never ending.
We have regular cops shows. We have cops and quirky assistants shows. We have brilliant consultant helping cops shows. We have cops investigating the paranormal shows.
Where is the creativity in Hollywood?
ok seriously… this is so tmz and not worth posting here… i NEVER notice this stuff but I have with Dylan Walsh. WHAT has Dylan done to his skin? Noticed in the horse movie I was dragged to (he was good in it as with everything). But look at the last several seasons of Nip/Tuck and look at his work in that film and recent photos – SOMETHING IS UP. It’s not botex it’s something else.
i agree. another cop show?!
but it what people watch. cops and doctors.
when viewers stop watching,
the same old garbage will change.
look at the wire. one of the greatest series ever
on the small box. how many people watched?
