CBS is sticking with both of its daytime dramas for the foreseeable future. The network just gave top-rated The Young and the Restless a three-year renewal. Now I hear that it is also close to a deal for a two-year pickup of The Young and the Restless‘ companion The Bold and the Beautiful through the 2012-13 season. Both soaps were created by William J. Bell and Lee Phillip Bell. The Bold and the Beautiful, which premiered in 1987, is the only half-hour daytime drama on the air.

Just wrote a blog today about the episode(July 5,2012) Come on writers! I am begging you to bring B@B back to life! What I have read the viewers are sick and tired of Miss Prom Queen Hope! Her character needs a makeover! I am sure the actor portraying her agrees! Use these actors talent! When they leave the studio make sure they want to ride the good ship lollipop with all the scandal you can create! Work these actors! I am sure they are so bored too! Use their talent to the extreme! I know I would. It has gotten to the point where the writers need to have the fans write the script!
Please create scandals! That is what a soap opera is all about! It is not ice cream and cake.
I beginning to think that this is a troubled soap. I can’t stand Hope having to give all the time let liam and Steffy have each other but let Hope get a man that takes her mind off liam and this time let him and Steffy have the troubles.
Everybody is jumping hope the girl needs a break from this drama, they just got married and haven’t had a moment piece together I wish if this is going to be about liam and Steffy let it be and be over with it suffering is all Hope been up to her wedding date and now that’s she’s married and happy what is the word SUFFERING!!!!!!!!!!!!SETS IN AGAIN FOR HER BLINDLY AGAIN. I am tired of her being a fool. EVERYBODY GET’S TIRED OF THIS. this is a good soap but if I were a actor on this show playing Hope part for this long with the things you’re making her go through i quit!!!!!!!!!
I really wish that you writers would stop messing with Hope and Liam, For once let the two of them grow up together you all have taken this story line to for you know what you are doing with is sick, please stop with this Liam, Hope Steffy this is going a little to for, you know that tthat Hope and Liam should be together. I am about to find something else to watch at 1:30 weekdays. Please get this wright, Steffy is a basket case, she need to get a life,and fine a man that she is compatable with,who ever anybody but Liam, he belongs with Hope. Get wright.
your story line is getting worse day by day, why would you want so many times for Hope and Liam to get married and something to always to go wrong, but when steffy steels him away it she tricks him into her little plans, not fair, please let Hope and Liam get married soon and make Liam a tuffer male let stand up to all those that are putting him down. He and Hope just need to be together .This would be the key to me continuing to watch this show, do something for Hope and Liam right away please!!!
By the way you need to quickly put Hope and Liam together, it is very important because you can feel the love they feel for each other. get Steffyout of their lives put her with some of her party people that”s what she needs because she is wild not Liam type. Grandmother Stephanie is so wrong for telling Hope she is to young for marriage,I feel she and Liam need to grow together,they were ment to be together, I feel this will work if Steffy could mind her own business and let Liam get Hope a new house for new start. Please do this so I can continue to watch. Thank you. Put Steffy with one of her party people that is her life, not with Liam.
Bold and beautiful use to be my soap , when i stay home from work. It is really awful the one story line is boring; that why it only 30 mins they are going to take it off …please do, it really corny , boring and story line is dumb . Please take it off!!!!!!!!!

I am getting sick and tired of the soga between Iiam, Hope & Steffy. Has everyone forgotten that it was Hope & Iiam first. I can understand swapping once or twice between Hope & Steffy, but that should end it. I look at it like things happening in real life, but this is plum stupid. You are carrying the soga between Brooke and Taylor too far and now the daughters. Just take Iiam off the air and noone will have him and go on. This thing with Ridge is so D stupid.
i like bold and beautiful, but over the last few months i have tired of the storyline between Hope, Liam and Steffie, am glad it’s over, it’s time to move past them, please find something else for Brooke, and Taylor to occupy themselves. would love to see RJ, Brooke and Ridges son to come back along with Thornes daughter Allie, also would love to see Thorne have a Storyline with a love interest. whatever happened to Jack, the biological son of Brooke that Taylor delivered.

I agree as well that they should at least address the “different race” relationship; however, I don’t feel that it is wrong to date and/or be with someone outside of one’s race–it is an individual decision. I just don’t get why some think it is wrong. You can’t change how you were created, and you can’t help nor change the person you fall in love with. Just my “thinking outside of the box” opinion.
Steffy she’s boring me dnt want 2 divorce Liam plz find her another partner.Liam belong with Hope,other thing Foresters and Spencers are supporting Steffy while their own marriage are falling apart plz think of something else.
