• One of these days , I would like to watch an episode of ” Glee ” without any stunt casting , over the top musical numbers , or 80s Afterschool TV Specials preachiness , yet , I have not watched a single ” Glee ” episode , sad isn’t it ? ( I was seriously thinking of watching the pilot when it first came on )

  • Too late. You can watch the first 13 episodes of Glee. That was a time when Glee was actually sincere and heartfelt, funny and wasn’t this commercial elephant that aims to sell music, fashion and didn’t aim to be the water cooler discussion every episode.

    • I totally agree that Glee has completely lost its way. It used to be must see television for me when the songs were young and cool and they seemed to relate to the story. Now, it’s totally become the Curt, and what’s it’s like to be gay in high school, show coupled with some old famous person singing an obscure song. There was a time I wouldn’t miss an episode. Now I only watch if my friend (who’s still watching but agrees it’s not as good anymore) tells me it’s a good episode, where other characters get storylines and the songs are ones I’ve actually heard of… It averages out to be 1 out of 3 episodes.

• Ill be honest..im not a HUGE glee fan..but find the show amusing at times..and although lately they have heavily relied on stunt casting and brought everyone from under the sun into its second season..from britney spears..to gwenyth..to carol burnett..but they all seem to pull it off..props mr murphy!!..

• When is her contract up again?
  One wonders if our friends over in Century City have starting coming up w/ ideas. Course, given those ratings I’d be surprised if they weren’t about a month in. Something besides a 22 min. news cast or random walk-on guest spot I’m sure.
