UPDATE Disney Channel Tries For New Miley Tonight
The Sunday launch of Disney Channel’s newest original series debuted as the channel’s No. 2 series premiere on record in total viewers and tweens 9-14, and its No. 1 Sunday series debut ever in all target demos. The show stars Bella Thorne in what Disney Channel execs are betting becomes a breakout show and breakout starlet to replace aging Miley Cyrus. At 7:30 PM, lead-in Hannah Montana Forever posted that series’ best ratings in more than 3 years across all key demos and ranking as the series’ No. 3 telecast of all time in total viewers.

Blech. I saw nothing in it that thrilled me, and I will be actively trying to keep my daughter from getting into it, and think it could be the biggest Disney flop since Cop Rock. (But I could be wrong, I have been before)

This show has 2 lead characters. Both Zendaya and Bella Thorne are lead characters. I think the show was GREAT! I can’t wait for next week’s episode.
My kid loved this show. Both girls are quite good. And as a parent who has to watch this stuff, I liked the writing.

I like the show but I don’t like when they make those crazy face expressions like miley cyrus does when she acts. It’s kind of annoying because no one does the faces they make on the show in real life when they’re surprised or sad or mad. It’s kind of like overacting badly. But if they didn’t make those faces, i would like the show even more.

I saw the show and I didn’t like it. It seemed they were trying to be too funny, but they weren’t funny at all. The show was also kinda gross, one part said ” just imagine everybody naked, ” and then the boy drank the back wash, toothpaste milk. Personally I don’t think the show is gonna last. That’s my opinion.
