I know nothing about this film and just watched the trainer. My jaw is now on the floor. The students who made this film (NYU Film School I presume?) did an AMAZING job. I have never seen a bunch of students pump out a film of this caliber.
And because I can sense a lot of you wanting to trash this mini epic, I would like to see YOU do better with a Macbook, Flip camera, and $200 worth of lights from Home Depot. Making movies is hard, and these kids did amazing on this.

This one has all the makings of a schlocky classic. If they have lots of T and A and cheesy lines, it might be fun.

Next year will be better, right? Lighten up and worry about getting your own projects made.
