This looks good… a little too good
This movie looks so awesome, I can’t wait.
Saw the full movie the other night. It’s really, REALLY good. I do feel this trailer plays up the “easy” jokes too much, though.
the animals in recent animated films, like this and “Guardians”, are so real, they look scary.
I think Pixar has realized long ago that you can’t make the characters too realistic.
ugh-ly!
this looks pretty amazing….
Blazing Saddles for kids! Genius!
Looks a bit inspired by the OddWorld: Strangers Wrath character designs: I’d love to see ILM start down the path of the company they let go years ago and become a Pixar-style giant in the animation field. VFX studios do the lion’s share of work on a lot of blockbusters but don’t see nearly enough of the rewards.
That looks awful. It looks cheap, and the humor is a decade or more old. And it’s so ugly it’s hard to look at. They should’ve hired some good art directors to design this thing. That said, it’ll probably do half of what that dumb Owl movie made.
Who is this for?
Don’t get me wrong, great animation but for who, exactly?
What is up with Gore and the Western Motiff. First it was Bitterroot set in Mt., great story couldnt get it off the ground.
I don’t understand how any studio or backer would say No to Gore for a relatively low costing film…This is to bad.
Now it is Rango.
I saw a trailer in the theater. I laughed alot. Definitely
back to the western with a town that looks erily similar to the one used in Yuma 2:10
Now another horse and rider-The Lone Ranger. He must love the open terrain, horses, and saloons.
So true – no one’s ever made a career out of being inspired by Westerns.
artsy…
whats the budget?
