Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen left the hospital last night after spending the day there with abdominal pain, according to his publicist Stan Roselfield. The show is hiatus this week, with the actors scheduled to reconvene next Tuesday. “(Sheen) will be on the set of Two and a Half Men on Tuesday,” Rosenfiled said. Despite his personal turmoil, Sheen has not missed a day of work save for the brief trip to the doctor earlier this month for what was described as ear infection.

As has been said here before, it’s all funny until the clients overdose, or end up in jail. Shame on the lot if them for being just another team that coddled an addict.

It really is a sad commentary on our society. When you have money and fame like Mr. Sheen and you have so much power. A wave of hand, a phone call to a handler and he has a coke infused party. It makes us all wonder when 911 was called that police or sheriff’s dept at the scene just looked the other way fearing their careers would be ruined if they had arrested him for possession. Also did doctors at the hospital run any drug tests? Probably not with Sheen’s handlers dictating treatment and controlling the situation.
Great point! What kind of friend allows someone to use after they’ve overdosed Multiple times! I cannot believe the way hollywood operates. The amount of drugs circulated through the elite circles of Hollywood is truly mind bending.

Um, I’m not sure why everyone out here is questioning the veracity of the “abdominal pain” explanation. I’ve done tons of cocaine and prostitutes and when you’re sucking down an eight ball and a hooker every 15 minutes, you better believe there could be some serious abdominal pain.
What I want to know is if Jim Parsons was beaten up by Teamsters for not mentioning them in his Golden Globes acceptance speech, as Nikki Finke so gleefully predicted here.

Last week I watched a special on dead comics who killed themselves mostly by overindulgence. It shoiuld be required viewing for Charlie Sheen. When Charlie “hits bottom”, it will be in a satin lined box. Charlie, you aint invincible, wake up man!!

Why wasn’t he arrested when he left the hospital? Where are the police in this town? Shame on them. He should have been arrested because he absolutely had cocaine at his mansion party. This is becoming a disgraceful farce. He should be in jail right now his use of cocaine violates his probation from Colorado where he should have been forced to serve at least six months in jail for what he did to his then-wife he held a knife to her neck and threatened to kill her. He is a violent guy he trashed that hotel room in New York. Why is he able to go home this weekend? He should be downtown in county jail with an arraignment Monday morning instead of being allowed to go back to work on Tuesday. This is truly disgusting on every level. What is wrong with the D.A. in this town? Doesn’t he realize that prosecuting Goodtime Charlie would be a big feather in his cap?
I still think that the guy is just dedicated to his role! It’s Charlie Harper, Sheen is methodist actor, he is like Daniel Day-Lewis, he is in charakter during filming! Cut some slack…

It’s all very sad and very pathetic.
Bewildered, why do you care so much that Charlie’s put in jail? Are you his next-door neighbor being kept up every night? Who said he had cocaine? Was evidence gathered? This is all conjecture and speculation by a bunch of bloggers & busy-bodies who have nothing going on with their own lives so they need to fulfill their void by getting involved with something they know nothing about. Let the facts come out and let the DA and Charlie’s doctor deal with those facts. Geesh, he’s just an actor on TV. He’s not hurting anyone but himself and his most-likely bewildered family.
It’s his life, let the man enjoy it however he wants.
