The CW has picked up new daily talk show Dr. Drew Lifechangers, B&C reports. Beginning next fall, the half-hour show will replace the now-defunct Tyra Banks Show, which occupies the 3-4PM hour, with an original and a repeat Lifechangers airing back-to-back. Telepictures is producing the new show, which joins Dr. Drew’s upcoming primetime show on HLN as well as his cable reality series Celebrity Rehab, Sober House and Sex Rehab.
