Jim Murphy has been named an executive producer of Anderson, Anderson Cooper’s new one-hour syndicated daily talk show for Telepictures Prods. set to launch on September 12, 2011. Murphy, who will exec produce alongside Cooper, has worked on such morning and magazine shows as Good Morning America, CBS This Morning, 48 Hours” and CBS Evening News.

Dude I so agree with you. Anderson is way too dignified for a talk show. Especially one on the CW. I mean, Anderson after Maury and freaking Jerry Springer? Gross.
