Adult Swim has renewed live-action series Delocated for a third season. The mocumentary show, created by and starring Jon Glaser, has received a 10-episode order. After starting off with 15-minute episodes, Delocated was expanded to 30 minutes in Season 2. The 10 episodes in Season 3 will also be half-hour.
Season 1 and 2 of the Delocated will be released on DVD on July 5 in a two-disc set that also includes bonus features, including deleted scenes, outtakes, flip books, demos and commentaries.
Delocated stars Glaser as a man in the Witness Protection Program after testifying against the Russian Mafia who, along with his family, star in a reality TV show based on their lives wearing ski masks to protect their identities.
Glaser, repped by CAA and 3 Arts, just published his book My Dead Dad Was In ZZ Top.

adult swim has mostly gone to hell, but DELOCATED subversively shines on. John Glaser also does hilarious and committed live bits, so if you have a chance to see him perform, you should do so.

Excellent. After all of the reality TV my wife saturates me with, I insist we watch Delocated! when it’s on. When I first, first saw Jon’s “mockumentary” I thought it was for real. But then, when I saw the hyjinx and Jon’s humor I realized what a magnificent deadpan piece of satire on reality TV he truly has created. The voice-scrambling in post production just seals the deal and since I have linguistics training I find Sergei’s rendition of English (not to mention Yvgeny’s vodka obsession) priceless. “I will make John suicide himself.” Rock on Jon!
