  Two actors (one off-stage) and two stuntmen (one, by his own admission, being his own fault) have been injured in the 100 or so performances of the show. Yes, let’s close the show because 4 performers (that signed up knowing what they were in store for) were injured over the course of 5 months.

• I’m beginninging to expect something bad to happen in this production on a weekly basis. I saw a interview with this girl as she just took the role and the fear in her eyes was persistent. It won’t be long before actors start turning down roles just due to the safety concerns. Anyone that does join the production better make sure to have some serious health and safety clauses written into their contracts.

• I got an idea, how about they make a Spider-Man story that is more appropriate for Broadway. One that is less action so that it is safer for the actors and more on the characters so that way, it can be good.

• I have an idea, why not completely retool the script to tone down the action and focus more on the characters. That way it’s safer for the actors and we get a good story out of it in the process.

    • It should. At this point, Julie Taymour should watch when she says that forbidden webbed-creature word, cause i think someone hexed her…I am also half kidding, cause I always knew it would be a disaster of a show, but not in this proportion
