for my money, SONY still has the best catalog of any major label.
I imagine Doug will leverage that catalog and his relationships to do some VEVO style deals with major websites. Calling Facebook, Twitter, Plaxo, Apple, whoever.
One of his strategies at Uni and Atlantic was to create many fiefdoms and hire many entrepreneurial types to run smaller imprints, separately finding and promoting bands. Will he replicate that at SONY?
