I don’t know why, but i thought Puss in Boots was dead. Too bad.
Any writers on these projects? Or did they just write themselves.
How to train your dragon sequel? Awesome!
What happened to Trolls, it was announced not so long ago. Anybody?
Wow, does anybody care about this slate? Boring retreads (Sherman & Peabody?!), sequels, spin offs and bad ideas. But I’m sure they’ll all be totally pop-culture awesome. No wonder the stock is tanking so badly. Great job Jeffrey! (Thank God for Pixar).
You see that ‘Cars 2′ trailer? Now there’s a shit stain of a movie.
Good job Pixar
Yeah, it’s sad to watch Pixar be digested by Disney, with the cut-rate sequel machine now in full swing after fervent denials that would NEVER happen. It’s by the numbers entertainment now.
Please, Gods of Reboots, take good care of Peabody and Sherman – there’s some classic Camelot irreverence there. Please keep the fart humor and product placement etc to a minimum.
Dreamworks has always sucked, at least they’re consistently awful.
Unlike “Shrek 3″ or “Shrek 4″ or “Madagascar 2″. Not to mention those brilliant non-sequels “Monsters and Aliens”, “Megamind” etc. etc. etc…
Next time you should post your real name so that Jeffrey knows whose nose is digging around his ass (not that he’d care).
If you didn’t like Cars, you probably shouldn’t see Cars 2. That said, I liked Cars, so I will enjoy Cars 2.
Thanks, Pixar.
Also, regarding How to Train Your Dragon, the movie was based on a book. There are many books in the series, so there is a lot of material left to cover. Dreamworks didn’t create the property, it was a good find.
“Sherman & Mr. Peabody” has possiblities. It was, after all, the first positive gay role model that ever made it onto tv.
Wow…it appears the Dreamworks slate for the next several years isn’t drawing much attention by DH bloggers…interesting…or, these haven’t been posted yet.
As a major player in animation, one might think Dreamworks slate would stimulate more comments whether pro or con. For Dreamworks sake, I hope this does not reflect indifference.
What happened to the Harland William’s Route 66 project.
