Danneel Ackles (formerly Harris) and Jamie Lee Kirchner have landed the last 2 leads in NBC’s comedy pilot I Hate That I Love You. How great is NBC’s Reconstruction show? Travis Yanan says the pilot is missing a 4th act.
Travis Yanan doesn’t know s–t.
Travis Yanan knows a thing or two about ratings, but he really dowsn’t know shit about good TV. He likes mostly network mainstream junk.
I hope “The Secret Circle” offers Gale Harold to shine. He is so underused in “Hellcats”. After his role as Brian Kinney on “QAF” nothing else seems to compare! He is a fabulous actor and oh so easy on the eyes!
I couldn’t agree with you more, leslie92708!
He’s a terrific actor, and he deserves another chance to shine!
Maybe NBC should do a backdoor miniseries pilot for Reconstruction to test the waters. It’s an interesting premise, but will viewers gravitate to it as a weekly series?
I try to keep fannish comments to a minimum, but I do wish Gale Harold would get offered better roles. Nice man, quite shy, good actor deserves better.
Yeah, Mrs. Ackles has a pilot!!!!! I hope it is a great one and get a super long run on TV!!!!!!!!Good for her!!!!!!
What? That’s new.An interracial and a lesbian couple in I Hate That I Love You?
Gersh is cleaning up this pilot season!
Please tell me the breakdown didn’t actually say “a former slave with a hearty, life-affirming laugh.”
Delighted for Harold – he’s an excellent actor. ‘Reconstruction’ looks very good – hopeful for Martin Henderson.
Glad to see Danneel Ackles (nee Harris) got another show! Sounds interesting. Too bad about “Friends With Benefits,” as I enjoyed the preview they showed this past summer. Looked potentially cute!
Wow, Weekends At Bellevue keeps adding people I love! I have no interest in subject matter, but I am guaranteed to at least give it a few eps if it makes it to series.
I Hate That I Love You is a dreadful script, but Kirchner’s addition to the cast might make me give it a shot.
