So now Relativity has made a list of all the open lawsuits which The Weinstein Company is involved in, according to public records, to back up its claim that this Weinstein vs Relativity lawsuit “is yet another typical litigation stunt from the Weinsteins who have a long history of threatening law suits with the sole purpose of intimidation.” But a lot of the lawsuits are actually TWC being sued. Interesting, nevertheless:

Okay, I researched the Browder v. Tarantino & TWC lawsuit, and maybe they should have left this one off their roster, as it’s ludicrous nature kind of makes the Weinstein case seem sane and justified by comparison. Here’s an excerpt:

LOL, so stupid this lawsuit crap. Just work it out. Both companies have money, both should just make the movie together. Suing is such a waste of money. The only people making money, are the lawyers.

I would need to know that number to know objectively whether what you are saying actually says anything significant.
The fact you don’t see a big difference between suing and being sued certainly does not build my confidence regarding your judgment.
If “TWC” (The Weinstein Company) appearing first in the title of a lawsuit means they’re the plaintiff (and if “TWC” appearing last in the title of the lawsuit means they’re the defemndant), one thing is very clear:
TWC is being sued in 15 lawsuits!
And they’re doing the suing in only 9 lawsuits.
Maybe the local Court should set-up a special courtroom at Wenistein’s headquarters to handle all the cases involving them!

There where other lengthy bizarre allegations contained in the lawsuit as well but they only further reinforce the truth that just because something CAN be legally filed in civil court doesn’t mean it SHOULD.
Whomever filed this suit is seriously a half bubble off center, and seems to have some kind of delusional mindset.
