Time magazine just named Deadline.com as one of the 11 best Twitter news feeds. That’s right, not showbiz feeds, but all news feeds alongside Reuters and CNN. It is a real honor for The Deadline Team especially when you consider that we were very late to the Twitter phenom.

Why aren’t there more congratulations written yet? I may be a Holy Wood outsider at the moment, but Nikke Finnke is doing the a bang up job at keeping the rest ‘real world’ informed about this insidious business. Frankly, the amount of ankle biting, HIgh School, Douche-baggiish comments that are posted make me want to kick half of tour asses. tis is a business. Albeit a creative one. STOP being little whiny jerk-offs and start posting some real content that matters to people in this business and stop the housewives who just read ‘People’ Magazine (not that there’s anything wrong with that.
