Tim Roth has closed a deal to costar in Arbitrage, the Nicholas Jarecki-directed drama that begins shooting shortly in New York. Richard Gere and Susan Sarandon star. Roth will play Michael Gower, a detective investigating a murder. Jarecki’s script focuses on a troubled hedge fund magnate, so desperate to sell his trading empire that when he makes a mistake he turns to an unlikely person for help and that leads him down a dangerous trail. Laura Bickford is producing with Kevin Turen, Bob Salerno and Justin Nappi. CAA-repped Roth is working the role around his lead role in the FBC drama Lie To Me.

Good to seeing him doing movies again. There are very few better actors iut there than Tim Roth.
It’s sad that his television work was not as well recieved as it should have been.
Fox made a ridiculous decision canning Lie To Me. Fox is dead to me. Tim Roth and the rest of the cast had UH-MAZING chemistry and the show’s premise was creative and intellectual. I am so tired of networks giving actors and shows such short runs without any good reason for cancelling them.
Tim Roth is a good choice. Eva Green is no longer attached. The original cast was better… But let’s hope for the best.
Concerned UK.
Tim…he is the best actor in this Earth.?
Tim Roth is one of the most versatile, talented and yet underrated actors today. From his turn as a skinhead teenager in Made in Britain (1982) to more current roles (Lie to Me) Mr. Roth has shown incredible depth and intelligence. He isn’t afraid to push the envelope and seems to encourage different types of characters to play. (Gangster in Reservoir Dogs, Children’s Film star in Skellig, etc). Fox is losing a wonderful cast and wonderful show, but Mr. Roth will perservere and the small screen’s loss will undoubtedly be the silver screen’s gain. His loyal fans will follow him wherever his career path may lead, that is guaranteed!
I agree 100 percent!!!
he is a goof actor!!! i like it
