  • Wow…I mean…wow. I knew this would cheesy but this looks like a costume party not a movie set photo. I hope it at least embraces it cheesiness and doesn’t try to be more than it is. Cheese. I like cheese, don’t get me wrong but since the vast majority of actors in this CANNOT SING I can’t see how this will turn out well.

Also, am I the only one that thinks Russell Brand is slowly turning into Weird Al? Well, except Weird Al is humorous and Russ wears skinny jeans and THINKS that makes him humorous.

    • Oh, come on.. Russel is pretty Humorous! Be nice :)

      • Sorry, his comedy just isn’t for me. I saw his stand-up once and yes it was humorous at time but less amusing and almost awkward during the the stretches of monologue that weren’t getting laughs/only got courtesy laughs. Check out his opening monologue from his recent SNL hosting. Awkward.

And the Weird Al thing…ok, ya got me, probably a little insulting….to Weird Al ;) But seriously, he does look like Weird Al!

  • Can anyone tell me WHY a director is tweeting photos on an IA set? Perhaps if directors spent more time concentrating on making a movie instead of playing with their phones, audiences would have better quality films to enjoy.

Comment by Hollywood_Shooter — Tuesday May 31, 2011 @ 10:36pm PDT  Reply to this post
  • Can anyone explain what Russell Brand is for? He can’t act, his schtick is only funny for about 5 minutes and the dude looks scary with his skull face and lank hair. Arthur stunk because of him, I’m guessing he has maybe a year or so left in Hollywood before he slinks back to the UK with his tail between his legs.

  • I hope Adam and New Line read the TwitPic small print because TwitPic now owns this picture and can license it however they want to whoever they want. In fact I’m going to start a lollypop company and license it.

  • Alec must have really wanted to do that Woody Allen film to put up with this. You can see on his face that Baldwin desperately wanted out of this production. He’s practically gritting his teeth!

Comment by IsaidHaHa — Wednesday June 1, 2011 @ 7:21am PDT  Reply to this post
  • My goodness, can Alec Baldwin actually sing ? ! This is very scary, too many non-singers in this film musical.
