As expected, the CW has renewed freshman drama Nikita for a second season and will also bring back veteran One Tree Hill. Struggling freshman Hellcats has been canceled. Nikita and OTH have been the stronger performers. Additionally, because of its great brand recognition, Nikita has been netting solid international sales.

Okay, I love One Tree Hill I have been a faithful watcher and recorder of the show for years now. It never gets old Nikita on the other hand seems boring and awful. One Tree Hill never seizes to amaze me and others who feel differently should take a second look at the show start from the beginning. Shows with history are always better. They aren’t boring unless you cant comprehend the whole context of it all, which would make you pretty dumb, because its basically real life situations made more dramatic.

Well, honey, in today’s TV world, you can’t take 20 episodes to start “getting good.” The Vampire Diaries has laid the blueprint for what works…and we’ll see if there are any other showrunners who decide to step up and produce some exciting, fast-paced thrills. Otherwise, the same fate as Hellcats awaits you.
i totally disagree with you. In the beginning of the show i was a fan of it too but slowly the show went awful and i started to feel that they were lacking story so i left watching it. I feel sorry for you because the show you liked got cancelled though.
yeah i agree i loved the show then it started to get boring…it was the same way for the books…i saw that previews for hellcats but i hadnt been able to watch now i am catching up and i like it. it will stink if i dont get to see another season

If you had half a brain you would realize one tree hill is an amazing show if you were a true fan. I am not talking about the typical high school drama, sex, drugs, babies, school shootings, family issues. The man who writes these scripts is beyond talented and you can see the true talent being played in almost every episode. The qoutes the meanings in the show. simply amazing it deserves an award for how well it is. I said the same thing when it came season 7 and 8 .. gessh going to end? … but as a fan i watched it anyhow and it just got better and better even without my fav. lucas who i thought without him would ruin the show. they did an amazing job and for the true fans of one tree hill we deserve one last big bang of a season. let us have it. thanks

hey vampire dairies & supernatural are way better you should watch them from season 1 if you are going to watch those too of course so am i but i promise you with love both somethink its all cheesy but there a reson its been up all this time because there are really good and keep you hooked supernatural has the action & and vampire diaries has the secrets & drama so if you love nikita& the new show coming out the ringer i will PROMISE YOU you will LOVE TVD&SUPERNATURAL they have the shows online & dvd seasons through netflix!

A shame about HELLCATS. As GLEE gets more and more cartoonish, HC was getting better and more grounded. They may well regret this decision.

Hellcats was a joke. It started off as a Bring it on knock off, then it went to crazytown. The lead looks like a prostitute and the writing was a joke. Yes it had a dance number in almost every show, but it wasn’t even a poor man’s Glee.
Thank goodness OTH got picked up Im so glad and to those who don’t like it…easy fix DONT WATCH IT. There are plenty of us viewers that love it
