Let’s see, back on April 28, The Wrap ripped off Deadline’s revelation that Jeff Bridges was negotiating to star with Ryan Reynolds in the Robert Schwentke-directed R.I.P.D. at Universal, after Deadline revealed that Zach Galifianakis wouldn’t be doing the movie. Now, The Wrap is claiming an “exclusive” that it’s actually happening. Lame.

What does this say about Zack that he’s being replaced by someone old enough to be his father?
For second there I thought the headline read Jeff Bridges, R.I.P.
We don’t care about the competition between Deadline and The Wrap. Just the way we dont care if a show is on NBC or ABC. All of that is dead. We just consume content as easy as possible.
Seriously. Please…STOP CASTING RYAN REYNOLDS IN MOVIES!!!!
He only plays one character – RYAN REYNOLDS.
Green Lantern will underperform, as will Deadpool.
Mark my words!!!
Nah, Ryan Reynolds is awesome. If Green Lantern under-performs it will be because the American audience is weary of 3D and special effects driven super hero projects. Deadpool is far from off the ground, and if it is will likely be awesome because Marvel is producing it and from what I hear the script nails the comic character much better than Origins: Wolverine did. I think that between Warner’s Green Lantern, Universal’s The Changeup and Safe House, by the end of next year your comment will probably seem ridiculous.
Agreed. He is ruining Green Lantern with the same smirky performance he always gives.
Necessary? No. Annoying? Yes!
Did he turn down “Great Hope Springs” with Meryl Streep to work with Ryan Reynolds?
